Dashi is a stock that forms the base of Japanese cooking and the name of Harry Jordås new pop-up concept that is now visiting Lucy's Flower Shop. Harry has previously worked at Michelin starred restaurants in both Sweden & Japan. He’s now bringing his love for the Asian cuisine to Lucy’s, with a meny focused on raw fish with Japanese & Chinese influences.
